Tara has over 30 years experience in operational and functional leadership, strategic partnerships and international assignments. Tara's focus is to advance exemplary business acumen within organizations where sustainability, collaboration, diversity and global vision are key focuses.

She's previously held executive positions with Air Products and Chemicals URS Flint, Terracon Geotechnique and Stuart Olson, and acts as an independent advisor and corporate director. Tara is a P.Eng  with a B.Sc. in Engineering, an MBA, and a certificate in Corporate Governance from the Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania).
