Julie is a senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader with over 23 years' experience in a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Energy and Engineering. She's passionate about working with Terracon's leaders to achieve their strategic goals through the attraction and retention of top performers and sound people practices. She also has a keen interest in challenging existing thinking and adapting and changing practices to be “future ready”. She volunteers with a local Calgary career transformation organization and has been a member of the "Grizzly Den" panel in their flagship program for the last 5 years.
