I am a senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader with over 23 years' experience in a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Energy and Engineering. I am passionate about working with Terracon's leaders to achieve their strategic goals through the attraction and retention of top performers and sound people practices. I also have a keen interest in challenging existing thinking and adapting and changing practices to be “future ready”. I volunteer with a local Calgary career transformation organization and has been a member of the "Grizzly Den" panel in their flagship program for the last 5 years.
