WHITNEY DROUIN - Manager, Operational Support
Whitney joined Terracon in 2019 with over a decade of experience in the support industry. With an education in Management and much of her experience leading and managing people, Whitney was able to develop a multifaceted support team that engages with each of Terracon's teams and departments. Whitney has worked on a number of various projects and tasks within Terracon and has developed admirable leadership and coaching attributes, as well as a wealth of knowledge on the inner workings of our support services. Whitney's dedication and application of Terracon's core SITE values has been unwavering and has helped develop and lead her high performing team.
Whitney has been actively involved in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo since relocating from Vancouver Island in 2008. Her life outside of the office is focused on her amazing family, any sport she can find and spending as much time outdoors as the weather will allow.
