Tara is a dynamic engineering and project management executive with over 30 years experience in operational and functional leadership, strategic partnerships and international assignments. Tara’s focus is to advance exemplary business acumen within organizations where sustainability, collaboration, diversity and global vision are key focuses.
Tara has previously held executive positions with URS Flint, Terracon Geotechnique and Stuart Olson. Tara currently acts as an independent advisor and corporate director. She is a P.Eng (retired) with a B.Sc. in Engineering, an MBA, and a certificate in Corporate Governance from the Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania).
