Franklin joined Terracon in 2011 fresh out of university and started his career on the Suncor Core Description program. Since then, Franklin has participated in a wide range of geoscience scopes of work which included, instrumentation monitoring, drill monitoring, geohazard monitoring, production geologist, geological projects. Franklin entered into leadership as the Geological Focal on the Albian Winter Drilling Program and moved into supervision shortly after. Franklin has built strong client relationships and has been a mentor to many employees as a leader and a peer.
