Damien McNelis, CET
Manager, Edmonton

As Manager of Edmonton Field Services, Damien McNelis provides technical leadership and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of geotechnical engineering and construction QA/QC projects. He works closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery while mentoring junior staff and supporting team growth. Damien also plays a strategic role in business development, helping to expand Terracon’s footprint in the Edmonton region.

With extensive experience across major infrastructure projects—including multiple LRT expansions, bridge rehabilitations, refinery upgrades, and pipeline work—Damien brings deep technical expertise and a client-first mindset to every project.

Outside of work, Damien remains actively connected to his roots by playing and supporting Gaelic football and hurling in Edmonton’s Irish community.
