An annual awards program, “The Service and Safety Incentive Recognition and Reward” was created to recognize safety excellence on the job. Employees performance and safety attitude are reviewed regularly and highlighted during the company profit sharing program at the end of the year.
Terracon employees are recognized for their years of service with the organization as well as their performance on the job.
Finally, Terracon recognizes our employees with Employee Appreciation events throughout the year. These change from year to year but include everything from BBQ lunches to family tubing night. Terracon is pleased to offer competitive compensation to its employees. Compensation is determined by several factors, including individual’s experience, duties and responsibilities of the job, level of accountability, skills, qualifications, education, location etc. Your compensation will be reviewed annually with the possibility of merit-based pay adjustments in between.
Transportation will be provided to our field employees, for work purposes only. You could be designated a work vehicle or you will have the opportunity to take a bus designated to the specific oil site you are working on.
With your manager’s approval, we will reimburse permanent, full-time employees for approved, relevant education and membership dues to professional associations.
Terracon provides employees with an opportunity to indicate their interest in open positions and advance within the company according to their skills and experience. In general, notices of all regular, full-time job openings are posted which allow those who desire, to apply for other positions within the company.
Terracon encourages employees to identify and refer friends or acquaintances who are interested in employment opportunities within the company. A monetary award may be given should an external candidate be successfully and permanently hired based on your referral.
Employee Bonus Program
An annual Employee Bonus Program takes a portion of the Company’s corporate profits, conditional upon the Company meeting its financial covenants, and divides it amongst employees according to performance, length of service and salary. An additional Safety Incentive Recognition of 5% is added if annual safety targets are achieved.

Vacation time off with pay is available to eligible employees in order to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. The amount of vacation each employee receives increases with the length of their employment. After successfully completing one year of service, employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation.
